Chicken Ginger Soup
Chicken is good for those who are underweight, have poor appetite, diarrhea, edema, shortage of milk secretion after childbirth and weakness after childbirth.
1. Cut up a chicken and remove the skin.
2. Heat and lightly oil a fry pan; drop chicken cubes into the pan, stirring constantly; add a little vegetable oil and 5 slices of fresh ginger.
3. Continue to stir-fry for a while. Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of rice wine.
4. Continue to cook for about 20 minutes. Eat at meals to alleviate fatigue and increase milk secretion of lactation mothers.
