Energy Tonic Foods


Cow's milk is good for an upset stomach, difficulty swallowing, diabetes and constipation. Human milk is good for fatigue, skinniness, diabetes, difficulty swallowing and dry stool.

Mix 1 glass of cow's milk with half a glass of fresh chive juice and 3 teaspoons of fresh ginger juice. Heat in a small pan. Drink to relieve an upset stomach.
