Lychee

Lychee is good for hiccuping, stomach-ache, diarrhoea, asthma and hernial pain.

Eat 60 to 150g fresh lychees to improve physical conditions after prolonged illness.

or

Boil 30 to 60g dried lychees and 5 died red dates with adequate water. Drink the soup twice a day to cure chronic diarrhoea.
